Formula Editor

TRIFOIL PLM. The Formula Creation and Editing System module, AromaCIS™, was developed at the beggining specifically for the fragrance and flavor industry with the premise that a perfumer’s and flavor chemist’s expertise lies in creating not bookkeeping. The system enables the user to concentrate more energy on the creative process and less on the clerical.

Regulatory Checking

TRIFOIL PLM. The regulatory checking module is composed of two programs: CheckCIS™, which is the data management part of the system, and ICheck™ , the actual formula checking program. It is designed to handle regulatory criteria, country restrictions, and customer requirements. To make the job of the regulatory department easier, standard criteria can be set up for customers, countries and applications. This not only assures that the correct criteria are checked for a given project, but it makes it easier for the formula developers to request a formula to be checked.

Projects Control

TRIFOIL PLM. The Profile and Project Tracking System, ProCIS™, functions as a formula information manager, tracking requests for submission from start to finish. Included in this powerful information manager is the ability to add, view and store application, testing and evaluation information. Easy-to-use data forms permit the clear entry and retrieval of evaluation data, formula testing information, submission history, adoption history, and sales requests as well as a customer information file.

Sample Request

TRIFOIL PLM. SamTrack is the part of this suite that allow to the Laboratory users to manage the information regarding the Samples requests. These Sample Requests could come either from the Evaluators or Developers. The operators works with a queue where he can identify each Sample Requests and start it preparation. Once the Sample/s are finished, the operator informs to the system and prepare the shipment to the final customer.

Weighing Control (with Quality Control)

WCS. Complete and integrated solution for laboratories and production plants where dosing control is needed, such as fragrances, chemicals, etc., each production in batch mode. Is an adaptable solution that is independent of the weighing equipment used in your laboratory or manufacturing plant. It is suitable for connecting manual or digital scales as well as automatic batching robots such as Roxane, Contexa or any other manufacturer. Integration of the different databases of a company in a single program. Allows to have the databases well managed and integrated.
WCS easily integrates with SAP or any other existing ERP solution in your company.

Data Analisis

It is a corporate data repository that is characterized by:

– Extracting information from different data sources (different DBs, Excel, etc) and having them in a single repository.
– Allowing to elaborate the extracted information before loading it into the repository.
– Filter out non-useful information.
-Format all data in the same format, e.g. dates, numbers, amounts, etc.
– Perform certain calculations to obtain data that will later be consulted from the cubes.
– Avoid overloads in the productive systems by being disconnected from the origin of the data.
